Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Limited Refund Window

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of your initial purchase. Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to the conditions below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Your request must be made within 7 days of initial purchase.
  • Your usage must not exceed reasonable limits (for example, excessive scans, report generation, or system exploitation).
  • You must provide a valid reason related to product functionality or experience.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Lack of usage or engagement.
  • Failure to achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Subscription renewals.

4. Renewal Policy

Subscriptions renew automatically. We do not offer refunds for renewal payments. You are responsible for canceling before the billing date. Reminder emails may be sent but are not guaranteed.

5. Support Requirement

Before a refund is issued, you must contact our support team and allow us an opportunity to resolve the issue.

6. Abuse & Protection

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of excessive usage before the refund request, repeated refund attempts, or abuse of the platform.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent ban.

8. Final Decision

All refund decisions are made at our sole discretion and are final.
