1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing AuditJet, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using AuditJet on behalf of an agency or company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
2. The Service
AuditJet provides website performance monitoring, Core Web Vital audits, and revenue impact analysis. We provide data "as is" and do not guarantee specific business outcomes or search engine ranking improvements.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate registration info.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You may only monitor websites that you own or have explicit permission to audit.
4. Performance Data & AI
AuditJet uses various third-party tools and proprietary algorithms (including AI) to generate fix recommendations. These are suggestions only. AuditJet is not responsible for any site downtime or code breaking resulting from the implementation of these suggestions.
5. Fees & Payments
Billing is handled via our Merchant of Record, Paddle. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuditJet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue) resulting from your use of the service.
Operator
AuditJet is operated by Rohan Dhir, a sole proprietor. References to "AuditJet", "we", "us", or "our" in these Terms refer to Rohan Dhir, operating under the AuditJet brand.
